Role Overview
This position focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure solutions using Red Hat technologies within large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical solutions across Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and OpenShift platforms.
- Support infrastructure deployment, migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Ansible and Terraform.
- Manage and support large-scale virtualized environments utilizing VMware and Red Hat Virtualization technologies.
- Advise stakeholders on infrastructure best practices, security, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with IBM teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Expertise with Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of Ansible.
- Experience with VMware, vSphere, Red Hat Virtualization (RHEV), and/or oVirt.
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure projects within enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Active SC or DV Clearance
Desirable Skills
- Infrastructure Design.
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Kubernetes.
- DevOps practices and tooling.
- Hybrid cloud environments.
