Red Team Operator | North Hampshire | Permanent
Salary range: £54,000 - £72,000 DOE + 15% Bonus + Competitive benefits (above standard)
SC clearance needed
Hybrid (3 days per week on-site on average)

I’m representing a specialist offensive security team looking for someone who has moved beyond standalone penetration tests and can plan and deliver full-scope red team operations against mature targets.

You’ll develop and adapt TTPs, build bespoke tooling and implants, and work through an engagement from initial access to objectives. The team also carries out threat intelligence-led assessments where they add value.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- Hands-on experience delivering multi-phase red team engagements
- Built offensive tooling in C, C#, Rust, Go or Python
- A sound understanding of Windows and Linux, including authentication, trust relationships and defensive controls
- The ability to explain technical findings clearly to different audiences
- Current UK SC/DV clearance, and eligibility to obtain DV

Experience with EDR/XDR evasion, C2 frameworks, social engineering or offensive cloud work would be particularly useful.
The role requires travel to the Basingstoke office. Salary packages depend on experience and can be discussed in detail during the process.
