About The Role

Your Experience And Skills

What does the average day look like?

  • You'll lead a small team delivering Network Rail's redeployment service, providing support, guidance and direction on day-to-day activities.
  • Managing escalations, monitoring service performance and overseeing the redeployment register, you'll ensure cases are progressed efficiently and in line with policy.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across HR, Resourcing, routes and regions, resolve challenges and build understanding of the redeployment process.
  • You'll also analyse performance data, produce reports and drive continuous improvements that enhance the service and support positive outcomes for colleagues across the business.

A Little Bit About The Team...

The Redeployment Service team plays a vital role in helping colleagues navigate change and find new opportunities across Network Rail. This small specialist team consists of two coordinators led by the Team Leader and works closely with HR, Resourcing teams, routes and regions across the business. Together, the team delivers a customer-focused service, supports redeployees throughout their journey and champions the value of retaining talent within Network Rail.
