Project Manager - Integrated Site Clearance
We are looking for a talented, highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to help manage the Integrated Site Clearance projects in support of the new Hillingdon Hospital redevelopment. You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects associated with the clearance of the hospital site footprint are delivered on time and within budget, with the safe operational transfer and relocation of services whilst making best use of Trust assets.
Working closely with service users and a wide range stakeholders, the post holder will work alongside a passionate and motivated clinical and operational team to support the redevelopment of the service and must be flexible and collaborative in their approach.
Responsibilities
- Employ strong project management skills, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and on time.
- Ensure every project has been risk assessed via the QEIA process from the outset and has a risk register and all risks have appropriate mitigating actions. Any risks that require immediate attention are reported to the MD.
- Ensure that all projects are appropriately sponsored by the relevant Division, have clinical engagement and all stakeholders are communicated and involved regularly.
- Ensure each project has a Project Board that reports into the relevant Trust Committee.
- Ensure that projects remain within financial agreements, indicating immediately to the MD or CFO where projects are overspending.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
