  • Ages: G1, G4, G9
  • Salary: £17-£19gph

Responsibilities

A family in St Albans is seeking a nanny for 3 girls aged 1, 4 and 9.

  • They need 2 days per week, which can be any 2 of Mon/Tues/Fri.
  • Hours are 2pm ideally until 10pm (both parents work late!) but could one 10pm and one 8pm finish.
  • In school holidays, they can keep to the same amount of hours (16 per week) with 1 long day and one afternoon, or can offer some overtime but not every week.

  • Ofsted registration would be required (or register upon offer) family will pay the annual fee.
  • They have two dogs, small/medium and non-moulting!
  • Child related support only, apart from the dogs - meal prep, taking to clubs, kids laundry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
