Nanny Needed in St Albans
About the Role
A family in St Albans is seeking a nanny for one girl who will be 10 months old at the start of the role.
Key Details
- Days: Mon, Tue, Wed
- Hours: 9.30-4.30 (flex)
- Ages: G10m
- Salary: £17-£20gph
The role is for 3 days per week, fixed as Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The family has flexibility on the hours, which can be 9.30-4.30, or 9-4 / 10-5, or even slightly longer at 9-5 / 9.30-5.30. This is an ongoing role to start in January.

Responsibilities
- Sole charge of the child, although one parent will work from home each day so work allowing, they may take her for an hour here or there, or join for lunch.
- Typical nanny duties.
- A willingness to support with light house stuff when she naps is a big plus - dishwasher, laundry, meal prep.
- Family meals where it is feasible as they will likely eat with her after you finish work.
Ideal Candidate
- Kind, gentle, and loving with good judgement.
- Lean towards a child-led / responsive approach.
- No need for Ofsted registration.
- A driver is not a must but is a big plus; the family can provide an automatic duty car.
- They have no pets.

Additional Information
So far (she's only 6m now) they've done rhyme time and some drop-ins - you're welcome to suggest activities you want to take her to.
This position will not suit a NWOC.
