This is an opportunity for someone with enthusiasm, commitment, and excellent communication skills to join our well-established team.
The role will involve applying your experience to manage and coordinate all referrals for Bradford District Care Foundation Trust Community Dental Service. You will be responsible for managing and recording the receipt of referrals, ensuring that the service responds appropriately to set criteria within the agreed time frame. Assisting clinical staff and patients with referral requests and inquiries.
To provide efficient and effective clerical and administration support in relation to patient referral and correspondence received in the dental service. The post-holder will be required to carry out a range of duties defined within the job role.
