Job Description
Are you a Referral Liaison looking for a new challenge? Or perhaps you have a background in dentistry, marketing, or patient coordination and are looking for an exciting opportunity where you can combine your communication, organizational, and creative skills? Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
Competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000
Practice-based role with regular practice visits
Free parking available on site
A varied role combining dental liaison, marketing, social media, events, and practice support.
About the role
As a Referral Liaison, you’ll play a key role in building relationships with referring practices, supporting the Practice Managers, and helping to raise the profile of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Regular practice visits, with a minimum of 2 days per week
- Supporting Treatment Coordination (TCO) activity where required
- Creating marketing materials, including flyers and brochures, and tracking marketing channels
- Managing the practice’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Providing PA support to the Practice Managers
- Supporting wider marketing activity and initiatives
- Organising and coordinating social and professional events, including open days, live clinic learning, networking dinners, golf days, and team-building trips
- Acting as a motivator and cheerleader, helping to bring energy and enthusiasm to the team

About you
We’d love to receive your application if you have the following skills and experience:
- Ideally, a dental background, particularly experience as a TCO or in a patient-facing dental role
- Previous marketing experience would be highly beneficial
- Excellent written and face-to-face communication skills
- Strong IT skills and confidence using a range of digital platforms
- Fantastic social media knowledge, with an understanding of different platforms and how to create and maintain engaging content
- A positive, confident, and sociable personality
- Highly organised, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and representing the practice
- A full UK driving licence is essential for the role, as regular travel to referring practices will be required.
