Role Description The Referral Marketing Salesperson is a full-time hybrid role based in Weymouth, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing referral partners, including local businesses, community organizations, and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, holding meetings and calls with potential partners, presenting referral program benefits, and negotiating partnership terms. The person in this role will track referral performance, maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tools, and work closely with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and materials. Regular responsibilities also include preparing reports on referral pipeline and conversions, following up on leads promptly, and contributing ideas to improve the overall referral strategy and customer experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or referral/partner management, ideally in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, present clearly, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Comfort with hybrid work, including in-person meetings in Weymouth and effective remote collaboration using digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and partner conversations at once.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking systems, and with common office and communication software.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting or exceeding referral and revenue targets in an ethical and customer-centered way.
  • Relevant experience in local or regional markets, community outreach, or networking is beneficial.
  • Education or training in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
