Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Salary: £28,392 per annum
Location: Hybrid working. You will work from our Sale Road office and across our REST Hubs, with your nearest hub acting as your contractual base. REST Hubs are located in Norwich, Thetford, Aylsham, Gorleston, King's Lynn, and Dereham.

About The Role
As our Reflective Practice Facilitator, you will design, coordinate, and facilitate high-quality reflective practice sessions for frontline and operational teams across the organisation.
Using skilled facilitation techniques, you will help colleagues explore challenges, recognise achievements, strengthen resilience, and identify opportunities for growth and development. You will create psychologically safe environments where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to learn from their experiences. Working closely with managers and teams, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of wellbeing, continuous learning, and compassionate practice. This role is particularly important in supporting colleagues working in emotionally demanding environments, helping to enhance engagement, collaboration, and service effectiveness.

- Experience facilitating reflective practice, supervision, coaching, group learning, or other developmental approaches in a professional setting.
- The ability to create safe, inclusive, and supportive environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and confidence in supporting discussions around sensitive or complex issues.
- Experience within mental health, health, social care, education, community services, or a related field.
- An understanding of wellbeing, resilience, and trauma-informed approaches.
- The ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across teams.
- A commitment to the values of Norfolk and Waveney Mind and a passion for supporting people to flourish in their roles.

Travel Requirement: As this role involves regular travel across Norfolk and Waveney, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use are essential. Mileage is reimbursed at 45p per mile in line with organisational policy.
