Availabilities:

  • Weekdays: 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Weekend classes

Wage per hour: £35.

The PILAT3S Academy

The PILAT3S Academy is a 5-day training program, followed by a sign-off day under the guidance of our Master Trainer. During the Academy we will teach you everything about our concepts and help you develop your coaching and cueing skills to become a pilates reformer Instructor.


About the Role

Are you an experienced group fitness instructor who is keen to learn the PILAT3S method? The Urban Gym Group is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our team as a pilates Reformer Instructor. In this role, you will lead solid PILAT3S routines, forge meaningful connections with clients, and embody the core values of precision, personalization, and progression that define our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver the PILAT3S Routine

  • Deliver pre-programmed PILAT3S routines – Align, Tone, Power and Express.
  • Cue and correct techniques and offer personal engagement throughout each class.
  • Create a safe and enjoyable environment for clients while delivering classes with confidence and positive energy.
  • Connect with clients before, during and after each class.
  • Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week to stay sharp and consistently elevate your craft.

Product Standards

  • Ensure product quality is maintained by complying with the PILAT3S methodology, technology and pre-programmed routines.
  • Partake in Onboarding and Ongoing PILAT3S Training to maintain a high standard of product knowledge and delivery.

About You

  • Available for at least one weekend day each week, as we have multiple PILAT3S studios.
  • Group fitness experience is a must, pilates qualifications is a plus.
  • Attending PILAT3S classes is a pro to the application process, showcasing your commitment to the method.
  • Passionate about health & fitness.
  • Charismatic, confident and personable communicator.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour – willing to receive feedback, learn and grow.
  • Organised and punctual; with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships and engage with people from all backgrounds and demographics.
  • Must speak English fluently.
