About ĀVĀ Movement

ĀVĀ Movement is a new boutique Reformer Pilates studio in St John’s Wood, created around exceptional teaching, thoughtful movement and a highly personal client experience.

We offer contemporary Reformer Pilates through small-group classes or private sessions, helping clients build strength, improve mobility and move with greater confidence. Our approach is welcoming, considered and results-focused — with high-quality instruction at the centre of everything we do.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Reformer Pilates Instructor to join the ĀVĀ Movement team part-time freelance, on-site basis.

You will deliver safe, effective and motivating Reformer Pilates classes for clients of different abilities, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners. You will be responsible for creating well-structured sessions, maintaining excellent class flow and providing thoughtful modifications where required.

Beyond teaching, you will play an important role in building the ĀVĀ community and ensuring every client feels welcomed, supported and encouraged throughout their experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
