Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Engineer
Location: West Midlands (Field-Based)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 + Paid Travel Time + Overtime
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
As a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Engineer, you will provide exceptional service and technical support to customers across a variety of commercial and industrial sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on refrigeration, air conditioning and chiller systems
- Servicing and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
- Working with refrigeration, air conditioning, chiller, hydrocarbon and CO₂ systems
- Completing service documentation and reports via company tablet
- Delivering outstanding customer service and technical support on-site
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning Service Engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with chillers
- Knowledge of CO₂ and hydrocarbon refrigeration systems is advantageous but not essential
- C&G 2079 (F-Gas) qualification or equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline (desirable)
