Peterborough, Northampton, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, West Midlands, Nottingham & Derby | Up to £50,000 Basic + Overtime + Call Out = Excellent OTE (£60K - £70K+)

Role Responsibilities
As a Refrigeration Engineer, you'll be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and temperature control systems across the Midlands and surrounding areas. Depending on where you live, working from home, you'll cover areas including Peterborough, Northampton, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Nottingham, Derby and the wider West Midlands, carrying out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and fault finding across a variety of commercial and light industrial refrigeration applications. Ammonia training can be provided if you want to work on heavy industrial equipment.

You'll be working on equipment including:
- Glycol chillers
- DX refrigeration systems
- Multi-compressor refrigeration packs
- Receiver packs
- Chillers and coolers
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Pumps and valves
- Air movement systems
- Refrigeration controls
- HFC and hydrocarbon-based systems
The role also offers exposure to specialist facilities and industrial temperature control systems, providing a level of technical variety rarely found elsewhere.

- £48,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary = Realistic OTE of £60,000 - £70,000+
- Door-to-door travel paid

What We're Looking For
We'd like to speak with engineers who have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within commercial or industrial refrigeration
- F-Gas Certification
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Knowledge of refrigeration controls and electrical systems
- Full UK Driving License
Experience working on chillers, refrigeration packs, controls and industrial refrigeration equipment would be highly advantageous.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to continue learning and developing.
