Summary
SK Heating and Cooling Ltd is a leading specialist in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and Heating, serving commercial clients across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for the installation of commercial systems, ensuring all work meets both regulatory and company standards while delivering excellent customer service.

up to £45,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Install commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Deliver projects with professionalism and technical expertise
- Maintain strong communication and customer care
- Continuously develop technical skills and embrace new technologies
Knowledge Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications Required
- NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2079 – F-Gas & ODS (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning installation

- NVQ Level 3 Diploma
- Hydrocarbon certification
- IPAF / PASMA / CSCS certification
Qualities
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong interest in the industry
- Willingness to develop and progress through structured training
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
