Are you an experienced Refrigeration Engineer looking for more than just another service role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business that's investing heavily in its people, technology, and future growth.
Working across a diverse range of commercial or industrial environments, you'll be involved in everything from fault-finding and reactive maintenance through to installations, commissioning, and specialist refrigeration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Respond to reactive breakdowns and emergency call-outs.
- Diagnose faults and identify effective and efficient solutions.
- Complete refrigeration installations and commissioning activities where required.
- Work on a range of commercial refrigeration equipment and systems.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with relevant industry standards.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and other site personnel.
- Represent the company positively while working on customer sites.
- Work independently while contributing effectively as part of the wider engineering team.
- Maintain and develop technical knowledge as new technologies, systems, and refrigerants are introduced.

Beneficial Skills / Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer.
- Relevant refrigeration / RACHP qualifications.
- Current F-Gas certification.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
- Practical experience working on commercial refrigeration systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Professional approach to customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
