About the Company
A well-established and growing climate control company is seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Chiller Engineer to join their mobile service team.
About the Role
Based in Wembley and covering London postcodes, this role offers a strong focus on refrigeration and chiller systems, with additional exposure to HVAC equipment for engineers looking to broaden their skill set.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of:
- Commercial & industrial refrigeration systems
- Chillers, condensers, freezers, cold rooms
- DX systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits)
- Chilled water systems
- HVAC systems (experience welcomed but not essential)
- Reactive and planned maintenance across London
- Occasional installation and commissioning
- Diagnose system faults and carry out effective repairs
- Complete service reports and maintain compliance standards
- Work independently while liaising with supervisors and engineers
- Support national projects when required

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer or Chiller Engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience in commercial buildings, hotels, or residential developments
- Comfortable working as a mobile engineer
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- F-Gas certification – highly desirable
- HVAC or Gas Safe experience – welcome but not essential

Pay range and compensation package
- Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)
- Benefits: Company van (personal use), door-to-door pay, overtime
