About This Role

Are you an experienced Refrigeration Engineer, Service Engineer or Refrigeration Technician looking for your next opportunity? If you're passionate about delivering high quality engineering work and enjoy solving technical challenges, this Refrigeration Engineer role in Sutton-in-Ashfield could be the perfect next step for you.

  • Prepare, service, repair and test specialist refrigeration equipment ready for customer deployment.
  • Diagnose faults, replace components and help maximise equipment performance and reliability.
  • Support equipment installations, modular build projects and occasional visits to customer sites.
  • Work alongside apprentices and experienced engineers, sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative workshop environment.
  • Complete all testing, calibration and F-Gas documentation accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

About You

You enjoy getting stuck into practical engineering challenges and take pride in producing work to a high standard. Whether you've worked with refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment or other cooling technologies, we're looking for someone who enjoys learning, solving problems and delivering great customer outcomes.

  • Hold a valid F-Gas qualification.
  • Have previous experience servicing, repairing or maintaining refrigeration equipment.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to customer sites when required.
