Refrigeration Engineer
Location
Mobile (predominantly Central Belt, Tayside & Fife)
Hours
40-hr week
Job Role
Due to steady growth of our refrigeration division (Corecool) we are looking for an experienced refrigeration engineer to join our team.
- Mobile engineer carrying out reactive service & planned maintenance on refrigeration systems serving a diverse portfolio including food industries, agricultural & manufacturing.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical plant issues
- Perform routine planned inspections and carry out preventive maintenance

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Hold a Full UK driving licence.
- Proficient knowledge of various refrigeration systems and their components.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles in relation to refrigeration equipment.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations throughout Scotland as required.
- Relevant certifications such as City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas) (essential).
