Company Description

Fridges World designs, engineers, and delivers complete retail, foodservice, and cooling environments across the UK. The company partners with supermarkets, cafés, food retailers, and cold-storage operators from concept through to completion, integrating refrigeration, construction, electrical, plumbing, and regulatory compliance. Its approach focuses on workflow, storage capacity, product mix, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and commercial performance rather than just equipment supply.

Fridges World delivers commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, cold rooms, and bespoke retail environments in collaboration with technology and manufacturing partners such as Arneg World, Incold, Daikin, and J&E Hall. The next phase of growth centers on connected cooling, remote monitoring, and mission-critical cooling infrastructure, including future data-centre cooling applications.

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Refrigeration Installer based in London. The Refrigeration Installer will install, commission, and test commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, cold rooms, and associated equipment according to project specifications and safety standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
