Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Days (Monday-Friday)
Pay: Circa £47,000 + Premium Overtime + Enhanced Pension + Sickness Pay + 8x Life Assurance and more!
Location: Corsham

Are you a Refrigeration Engineer looking to move away from extensive travel, customer sites and demanding call-out rotas into a permanent, days-based site role?
Do you want to retain the technical variety of refrigeration and HVAC while gaining flexible hours, outstanding benefits and genuine work-life balance?

Yolk Recruitment are supporting a market-leading business in their search for a Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer as they continue to invest in and strengthen their engineering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced refrigeration engineer to join a growing organisation supplying critical products and services across the UK.

Rather than travelling from site to site, you'll be based at one modern facility, taking ownership of refrigeration, HVAC and associated equipment while also getting involved in wider maintenance activities across the site.

Whether your background is within refrigeration contracting, HVAC, facilities management, building services, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, healthcare or industrial maintenance, we're keen to hear from engineers looking to make the move into a stable, site-based position.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
