Looking for a fresh challenge with an award-winning facilities management company? (Please note this is NOT an IT Based Support Role).

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Refrigeration Technical Remote Support Engineer (Nights) to join our Mobile Delivery team. This is a critical role supporting our Field & Planning teams around the clock, ensuring smooth triage, technical support, and operational efficiency across multiple client portfolios.

Working NIGHTS (Mon-Fri 8pm to 6am) as part of a dynamic Remote Support function, you will analyse performance trends, optimise engineering workloads, and help shape a cross-functional support model that spans Refrigeration, HVAC, RHICS and M&E disciplines.

This role offers the flexibility to work from the Redditch office or home. If you work from home there will be occasional travel to our office in Redditch, Worcestershire.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have a strong refrigeration background, we would love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
