Job Title: Refuse Loader
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
Join Our Team as a Refuse Loader
We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste collection team based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity with consistent weekday hours and an early finish to your working day.
The Role
As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a team collecting household and commercial waste throughout the local area. This is a physically demanding outdoor role that requires a good level of fitness and a strong work ethic.

What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and walking throughout the day.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in waste collection or a similar manual role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
