A leading global multi-strategy investment manager with a significant London presence is looking to bring in a Regulatory Reporting Associate on an initial 6-month contract basis. This is a platform-level function sitting within Operations Risk, working closely with other business areas to evolve the firm's regulatory reporting infrastructure.

You'll take ownership of the firm's MAS reporting process, reviewing what's currently in place and helping to evolve and strengthen it across the platform. This isn't a narrow, single-regime role: you'll also be expected to bring broader regulatory reporting exposure to the table, supporting other reporting obligations as the team's remit develops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and refining the current MAS reporting process end-to-end, from trade capture through to submission.
  • Identifying control gaps, process inefficiencies and reporting breaks, and driving remediation.
  • Working with DTCC as the trade repository for MAS submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  • Leveraging reporting systems to manage multi-jurisdiction reporting workflows.
  • Partnering with Compliance, Legal and Technology to interpret rule changes and translate them into process and system updates.
  • Supporting wider reg reporting initiatives across other regimes as the function matures.
  • Producing MI and reporting on exceptions, breaks and remediation progress for senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
