Salary: £50,849 to £69,918 per annum

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Regeneration Team, which works nationally across the country, working as the Regeneration Acquisition Lead. You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering acquisition and possession strategies, securing the property interests needed to unlock regeneration schemes and support the delivery of new homes.
Working across a range of high-profile regeneration projects, the role will lead homeowner and leaseholder acquisitions, oversee legal and conveyancing processes, support compulsory purchase activity and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve successful vacant possession.

This role requires strong property, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the opportunity to influence major regeneration programmes and deliver positive outcomes for residents and communities.
We’re looking for someone with significant experience in property acquisition and compulsory purchase, regeneration, development or estate renewal.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Greater London House. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
