Bradford is proud to be one of the Government's selected Pride in Place areas, securing significant long-term investment to support community-led regeneration, improve neighbourhoods and create lasting change for residents.
We are looking for an exceptional Programme Facilitator to help drive this ambitious programme forward across Bradford East and Bradford South, working alongside residents, partners, elected members and key stakeholders to ensure local people are at the heart of decision-making.
This is not a traditional programme management role. It is a unique opportunity to act as the bridge between communities, public services, elected representatives and delivery partners, helping turn local ambition into visible action and lasting impact.
About The Role
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and delivery of Bradford's Pride in Place programme, helping create stronger, safer and more connected neighbourhoods.
Working closely with the MPs' Offices for Bradford East and Bradford South, local community organisations, businesses and public sector partners, you will help ensure local priorities are identified, developed and translated into successful projects and investment plans.
A key part of your role will be supporting and facilitating the work of a strong, independent Neighbourhood Board, led by two highly respected and experienced Chairs with deep roots in their communities and a shared commitment to empowering local people.

You will coordinate activity across a wide range of partners, facilitate engagement with residents, support governance arrangements, oversee programme development, monitor delivery and ensure that communities remain at the centre of every decision.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated individual who combines strategic thinking with excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for communities.
You Will Have Experience Of
- Leading or facilitating complex programmes, partnerships or community initiatives.
- Working effectively across multiple organisations and sectors.
- Building trusted relationships with residents, elected members and senior stakeholders.
- Supporting boards, governance structures and decision-making processes.
- Managing projects, budgets and performance reporting.
- Translating ideas into practical and deliverable plans.
Most importantly, you will be someone who can bring people together, inspire collaboration and help create a shared vision for the future.
