Salary: £46,952 - £50,867
Contract: Full-time, 1-year Fixed-term contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5
Location: Bromley Civic Centre
Would you like to be part of Bromley's exciting Regeneration Plans? London’s largest Borough is looking for a new Project Manager within the Regeneration Team. The Regeneration Team are at the forefront of some the most exciting place changes including leading Bromley Housing Delivery Programme. If you have experience of delivering regeneration capital schemes, and want to make a positive difference to our Borough we would love to hear from you.

In this role you will have responsibility for delivering housing capital programmes, including budget management, oversight of contractors and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
This role is based at Civic Centre, Bromley, with regular meetings required on site.
