Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Continue to develop, refine, and roll out the VIVE Regenerative Agriculture Programme's existing technical strategy and module, embedding leading frameworks such as the SAI Platform's Regenerating Together Programme.
  • Design and run technical feasibility studies and pilot projects across multiple crops and geographies, including Brazil, Mexico, the US, South Africa, Thailand, the Philippines, Japan, and Australia, to prove the technical and commercial viability of regenerative practices.
  • Manage programme budgets, timelines, and resources, and maintain strong relationships with funding bodies to secure financial support for projects.

  • Deliver workshops, training, and educational materials, including manuals, reports, and case studies, to build farmer and producer capability in regenerative agriculture.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including farmers, agronomists, industry partners, and VIVE participants and buyers, and present technical findings and programme outcomes to clients, internal teams, and senior management.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including agronomists, certifiers, and technical bodies, to capture global opportunities and continue rolling out and improving the VIVE regenerative agriculture programme.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
