Region Sales Operations Leader (Retail – International)

Location: United Kingdom
Function: Sales Operations
Reports to: CVP, Retail Sales Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a Region Sales Operations Leader to drive operational excellence, sales performance, and execution rigor across our International Retail business (EMEA, APAC).

This role partners directly with the International Region Sales President ensuring alignment on priorities, driving execution of the regional growth agenda, and enabling leadership effectiveness across a complex, multi-market organization.

You will serve as the central orchestrator across Sales, Finance, Product and Delivery, translating global strategy into clear regional action plans, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring disciplined, consistent execution across all international markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the International Region Sales President

    • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the International Region Sales President
    • Drive alignment, prioritization, and execution across regional priorities
    • Own leadership cadences, including:
      • Regional operating rhythm
      • Pipeline and forecast reviews
      • Monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
    • Develop and deliver executive-level narratives on regional performance, risks, and opportunities
    • Ensure follow-through and accountability across leadership decisions and key initiatives
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and remove execution barriers
  • Drive Sales Performance Across International Markets

    • Own forecast accuracy and predictability across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
    • Lead pipeline inspection, funnel analysis, and performance management
    • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
    • Ensure visibility and rigor across:
      • New logo acquisition
      • Renewals and expansion pipeline
      • Strategic/complex deal execution

  • Strengthen Sales Process & Data Excellence

    • Champion Salesforce data quality, pipeline hygiene, and process compliance across all regions
    • Drive standardization of sales processes while accommodating regional nuances and regulatory requirements
    • Implement governance frameworks and audit routines to ensure:
      • Clean reporting
      • Forecast integrity
      • Compensation accuracy
    • Scale tools, templates, and best practices globally to improve productivity
  • Lead End-to-End Regional Sales Operations

    • Oversee all Sales Operations capabilities across the international region:
      • Reporting and dashboards
      • Funnel and opportunity management
      • Performance analytics
      • Sales process optimization
    • Translate global Sales Operations strategy into regionally executable plans
    • Ensure consistency of execution across countries and markets
  • Partner Cross-Functionally to Deliver Profitable Growth

    • Serve as the primary interface between international regions and global, functional teams, including:
      • Finance (forecasting, margin, EBITDA)
      • Compensation and quota planning
      • Marketing and Sales Enablement
      • Commercial Strategy and Transformation
    • Support critical processes such as:
      • RFP/RFI and proposal management
      • Channel and partner programs
      • Pricing, renewals, and margin optimization
  • Lead Strategic Programs & Transformation Initiatives

    • Drive execution of global transformation programs across international markets
    • Lead initiatives such as:
      • Sales transformation and operating model evolution
      • Quote-to-Cash (QTC) improvements
      • Product and commercial standardization
    • Identify opportunities to improve:
      • Sales cycle times
      • Conversion rates
      • Operational scalability
  • Build & Lead a High-Performing International Team

    • Lead and develop a distributed Sales Operations team across multiple regions
    • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
    • Foster a culture of:
      • Operational excellence
      • Collaboration across geographies
      • Continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or Commercial Operations, preferably in a global organization
  • Proven ability to operate as a Chief of Staff or senior partner to Sales leadership
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Forecasting and pipeline management
    • Salesforce and data-driven operations
    • Sales process design and governance
  • Experience leading multi-region / international teams across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and operating complexities
