Regional Account Manager

Bristol / London | Hybrid / Field-Based Salary DOE + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a growing B2B office design business where you'll take warm qualified opportunities from initial handover right through to signed order.

You'll be dealing with clients who are looking to transform or improve their workplace environment, taking the opportunity through discovery, site requirements, quoting, negotiation and close.

This isn't a traditional relationship-management role. You'll need to be commercially minded, confident speaking to clients and consultative to recommend the best solutions.

You'll have qualified opportunities coming through from Business Development, allowing you to focus on converting those opportunities into revenue.

The Company

You'll be joining an established B2B business operating within the commercial interiors / office environment space, working with businesses looking to improve their workplace.

The sales function works closely with Business Development, Operations, Installation and Sales Support, so you'll have ownership of the customer journey from qualified opportunity through to project handover.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
