Ready for something bigger than your current sales role?

Are you the right applicant for this opportunity? Find out by reading through the role overview below.

This isn't a job where you'll spend your week sitting behind a laptop managing accounts over email.

We're looking for an ambitious Regional Account Manager who wants to build a career, take ownership of a region and work directly with established businesses to help improve their sales performance.

You'll be out meeting clients, building relationships with senior decision-makers, analysing performance, identifying opportunities, coaching sales teams and putting commercial plans into action.

You don't need automotive experience.

We're much more interested in finding someone bright, commercially minded, confident with people and ambitious about where they can take their career.

If you're already performing well in sales, account management or business development and feel ready for a role with greater responsibility, autonomy and exposure, we'd like to hear from you.

What will you actually be doing?

As a Regional Account Manager, you'll take responsibility for a portfolio of established automotive dealer clients across your region.

You'll become a trusted commercial partner to your accounts rather than simply checking in with them.

Your Week Will Involve

  • Meeting clients face-to-face and building strong relationships with managers and senior decision-makers
  • Reviewing sales performance and identifying where improvements can be made
  • Agreeing commercial action plans and helping clients implement them
  • Coaching and developing sales teams to improve performance
  • Delivering engaging training sessions and presentations
  • Analysing data, trends and results to identify opportunities
  • Supporting product launches and new commercial initiatives
  • Managing your own diary, territory and priorities
  • Building your profile and credibility across your client base
  • Attending client events, conferences and hospitality
  • Working autonomously while being part of an experienced and supportive wider team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
