Regional & Account Manager

Littelfuse is looking for a Regional & Account Manager to grow and develop our business across key accounts in the UK & Ireland. This is a customer-facing role combining technical expertise with commercial account management, where you will work closely with engineering teams, customers and distribution partners to identify opportunities and drive design wins across Littelfuse’s technology portfolio.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical or engineering background who enjoys working with customers and can turn technical challenges into business opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and grow key customer accounts across the UK & Ireland
  • Build relationships with engineering, technical, procurement and senior stakeholders
  • Understand customer applications and identify opportunities for Littelfuse solutions
  • Drive design wins and new business across all Littelfuse product technologies including Protection, Switches, Sensors and Power Semiconductors
  • Manage opportunities from early technical engagement through to revenue
  • Work closely with distribution partners to develop pipeline and grow business
  • Partner with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Stay close to customers and market trends through regular travel across the region

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in electronics, electrical engineering, semiconductors or a related technical industry
  • Engineering or technical background, ideally in electronics, electrical engineering, microelectronics or power electronics
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as Field Application Engineer, Applications Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager or Key Account Manager
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles and/or design-in/design-win processes
  • Experience with electronics distribution is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of the UK & Ireland electronics market
  • Experience in aerospace, defence, medical or data center markets is a plus
  • Strong commercial mindset, proactive approach and willingness to travel
  • Fluent English required
