THE ROLE - Regional Account Manager
You will manage and develop sales across a territory covering South West of the UK including South Wales, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Herefordshire, Devon and Cornwall. The role focuses on bone anchored hearing solutions, supporting ENT departments with innovative implantable hearing technology. You will develop relationships with ENT surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and theatre managers, combining account management with a consultative approach and hands-on support during procedures.

THE LOCATION
Field based, covering the territory. Ideally located centrally within the patch.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least one year of medical sales experience
- Hospital or dental/practice sales experience considered
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Consultative, commercially minded and confident working with clinical stakeholders

THE PACKAGE
£45,000 basic + 35% OTE, company car, private healthcare, laptop, mobile, 25+ days' holiday and 6% employee/4% employer pension contributions.
