About the Role
As Regional Account Manager, you will manage relationships with a portfolio of Independent Retail Accounts, including several key strategic customers. You will ensure our retail partners are fully supported, engaged, and equipped to represent the AEG brand effectively.
You will act as the commercial lead for your assigned region, with responsibility and accountability for delivering sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Regional Account Manager, you'll be the face of AEG across your territory. You'll build strong, long-term relationships with independent retailers, helping them showcase and sell our premium appliance brands while driving mutual business success.
In detail, you will:
- Drive the commercial performance of your customer portfolio, delivering sales, profit, and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers, acting as their trusted business partner.
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize business opportunities and market potential.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks, collaborating with internal teams to accelerate growth.
- Engage and influence key stakeholders, including business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Forecast sales performance and provide accurate monthly projections to support business planning.
- Drive promotional activity and evaluate results to optimize sales performance.
- Apply a consultative sales approach through regular face-to-face meetings, calls, and digital engagement.
- Manage customer administration, CRM records, and account activity accurately and on time.
- Prioritize effectively to maximize productivity and commercial impact across your territory.
- Act as an ambassador for AEG, sharing customer feedback and insights to help shape future strategy.

Who You Are / Your Qualifications
- Experience in account management, territory sales, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
- A natural relationship builder with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and identify growth opportunities.
- Organized and self-motivated, with excellent planning and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales data and forecasts.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail environments would be advantageous.
- Results-driven, resilient, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Location & Travel
This is a field-based role covering the South West of England and South Wales. You will regularly visit retail partners across the region and attend quarterly meetings at our Luton office for team collaboration, product launches, training, and business updates.
