About the role
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, the Regional Account Manager is the commercial lead for a designated geographical area, responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of Independent Kitchen Retail accounts.
You will be accountable for maintaining, developing, and growing your territory. Your role will involve driving sales, maximising distribution and display opportunities, and supporting the Field Sales Manager.
This is a newly created role to reinforce our Field Sales team in our exciting growth and development path.
What you will do
- Implement the Kitchen Retail Channel strategy within your territory to optimise retail opportunities and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with retailers through regular face-to-face meetings, gaining insight into customer and competitor activity, and identifying new sales opportunities to enhance overall account performance.
- Identify market trends and develop business plans in collaboration with teams such as Marketing and Product Line to capitalise on sales opportunities.
- Communicate and present effectively to key stakeholders at all levels, influencing how our products are displayed in-store and increasing AEG’s brand presence and awareness.
- Deliver engaging presentations and training kitchen designers on new product developments.
- Resolve retailer issues or complaints efficiently, maintaining trust and ensuring high levels of customer engagement.
- Act as an ambassador for AEG, providing feedback to the business to support future channel development, strategy, and the sharing of best practices across the team.

Who you are
- Relevant sales/commercial experience within a consumer goods company (preferably B2B Kitchen Retail or Premium appliances).
- Able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to analyse data and interpret numerical information.
- Negotiation, advisory and influencing skills.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.

Location
This is a field-based role and travel is required to visit clients. You will be assigned to the London area and you will be required to attend our Luton office for quarterly meetings (internal meetings, product launches etc.).
