Regional Account Manager – London

Location: Field Based – London

Salary: Competitive + Bonus up to 15% + Company Car + Benefits

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships, growing accounts and winning new business?

4Leisure Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading global swim and leisure brand to recruit a Regional Account Manager to cover the London territory.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to take ownership of an established territory, develop existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities across a diverse portfolio of leisure facilities and independent retailers.

You’ll be joining a recognised and innovative brand where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory, build strong customer partnerships and make a real impact on regional sales performance.

About the Role

As Regional Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and maximising commercial opportunities across your London territory. The role combines account management, business development, sales and merchandising, so every day will be different. You’ll spend your time visiting customers, developing relationships, presenting new products, identifying opportunities and ensuring the brand is represented effectively at every site. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing accounts while actively looking for opportunities to expand the customer base and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop and grow a portfolio of leisure and retail accounts across London.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and margin targets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Develop existing accounts through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Present new and seasonal product ranges and secure purchase orders.
  • Balance forward-order business with ongoing replenishment opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product knowledge and merchandising training to customers and their teams.
  • Ensure strong visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained at customer sites.
  • Plan and manage an efficient programme of customer visits across the territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity, sales and opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal marketing teams to increase brand engagement and sales.
  • Retain and develop existing contracted business while continually identifying opportunities for growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
