LKQ is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Regional Account Manager to lead and develop a team of field-based sales professionals within our Bodyshop division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused sales leader who thrives on coaching teams, building customer relationships, and driving profitable growth. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing your team, strengthening customer partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities across your region.
Working closely with Head Office functions, Divisional Account Managers, suppliers, and branch teams, you'll have access to a comprehensive toolkit and network of support to help deliver exceptional customer outcomes and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
As Regional Account Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field-based Account Managers, driving engagement, performance, and customer excellence.
- Manage day-to-day performance, conducting regular one-to-ones, reviews, and development discussions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the LKQ Bodyshop channel.
- Drive collaborative working between your Account Managers and branch network to maximise opportunities across existing, lapsed, and prospective customers.
- Oversee and develop the Independent Journey Plan through your team, focusing on customer retention, recovery of drifting accounts, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor regional performance against agreed sales targets and KPIs, implementing action plans where required.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout your region.
- Support Key Account Management activities, including customer visits, stock accountability, and implementation of new initiatives.
- Conduct regular customer review meetings to strengthen relationships and gain valuable market insight.
- Identify training and development needs within your team and support ongoing capability building.
- Work closely with the Business Winning Team to convert new business opportunities into long-term customers.
- Use data, insights, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading and developing successful field-based sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, bodyshop, collision repair, or vehicle refinish sector.
- A track record of driving sales growth and delivering commercial results.
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor to key customers and stakeholders.
- Strong coaching and people development skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to manage, forecast, and drive a robust sales pipeline.
- Confidence interpreting and utilising data to improve team and business performance.
- A proactive, resilient, and customer-focused approach.
- The determination to win and the ability to inspire that mindset in others.
