Regional Account Manager – South West UK (Bath/Bristol/Cardiff/M5 Corridor)
Own a territory. Build brands from the ground up.
This fast-growing premium spirits business is on a mission to grow drinks brands the right way, starting with the right occasions, the right positioning, and the right customers. Now they're looking for a Regional Account Manager to be their boots on the ground across the South West.
What you'll do:
- Be the face of their full beverage portfolio across up to 200 on-trade accounts
- Build relationships, drive brand engagement, and turn listings into real growth
- Work hand-in-hand with wholesale partners and brand teams
- Roll out POSM and trade marketing activations
- Ensure execution standards never slip
- Trusted to spot opportunity, pitch new business, and shape the strategy for your patch

What we're looking for:
- A natural relationship-builder who can influence at every level, from bar manager to buyer
- Someone commercially sharp - strong selling and negotiation instincts, comfortable setting account plans and adapting them in real time
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy but still brings energy to the wider team
- F&B or drinks sales background preferred, but drive and instinct matter more than a CV line
- A creative problem-solver who gets things done, not just talked about
