Meyn America is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Regional Account Manager to lead capital equipment and service agreement sales across key customer accounts. This role is responsible for developing long-term customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving profitable revenue through a consultative sales approach.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of managing large-scale customer relationships, closing complex capital equipment opportunities, and collaborating across multiple business functions to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts while delivering annual new capital equipment and service agreement revenue exceeding $10M.
- Develop and execute account strategies that increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Build strong relationships with executive leaders, key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Research and analyze customer business objectives, operational processes, and organizational structures to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract execution for capital equipment and service agreements.
- Coordinate with internal sales, project management, and commercial support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and pipeline reporting to leadership.
- Manage sales activities and opportunities through Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Identify and develop new strategic customer prospects and market opportunities.
- Partner with Product Management and Product Specialists to support new product introductions and growth strategies.
- Mentor and support other Regional Account Managers by sharing best practices and account development strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer expectations and business objectives are achieved.

What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience
- 7+ years of strategic sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, industrial machinery, manufacturing, food processing, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success creating account strategies, developing new business opportunities, and closing complex sales.
- Proven experience managing large, multi-location customer accounts.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and consultative selling abilities.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong contract negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to effectively present solutions and business cases to executive-level audiences.
- Experience developing sales forecasts, pipeline management, and market analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Technical aptitude to understand mechanical and electrical equipment applications.
