The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Account Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional workplace and guest services across a prestigious multi-site corporate portfolio.

As the senior operational lead, you will build trusted client relationships, inspire high-performing teams, and drive service excellence across multiple locations. This is a highly visible role that requires regular travel, strong leadership capability, and a passion for creating outstanding experiences for clients, guests, and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong and lasting partnerships.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations, creating an engaging and high-performing culture.
  • Drive operational excellence through the delivery of KPI, SLA, and financial targets.
  • Produce and present business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead projects, service improvements, and change initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Health & Safety requirements, and company policies.
  • Support the planning and delivery of client events and workplace experience initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, improve efficiencies, and add value for clients.
  • Champion colleague engagement, wellbeing, and development across the region.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience within a 5-star corporate, workplace experience, hospitality, or customer service environment.
  • Experience managing large, multi-site operations and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience delivering business reviews and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • A track record of leading teams through change and developing future leaders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer and guest experiences.

Technical Knowledge

  • Meeting room and visitor management systems (Condeco or similar).
  • Helpdesk and ticketing platforms.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Employment legislation and employee relations processes.
  • Health & Safety compliance and best practices.
  • Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Polycom, or similar).
  • AV systems knowledge would be advantageous.
