What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and agents.
- Win new business and generate high-value property opportunities.
- Lead a full 360° sales cycle – from pipeline development to property onboarding.
- Negotiate rental plans and commercial agreements.
- Act as an account lead for existing landlords and clients, delivering outstanding service.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry meetups.
- Work alongside Directors to shape campaigns and local engagement activities.
- Be a key contributor to our reputation and brand growth across the region.
About You
- A proven track record in business development, sales or commercial growth (property experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, written English and numeracy skills.
- A commercial mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Flexibility, resilience and the ability to build credibility in the market.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
