Regional Admissions Director Northern & Western Europe

This position can be remote up to 60% of the weekly working time.

Are you a strategic admissions leader looking to make an impact in international education? We are seeking a Regional Admissions Director, Northern & Western Europe to lead student recruitment and strengthen Sommet Education's presence across the UK, GAN, French Region, Switzerland and the Nordics.
Your role
Reporting to the Global PG Director, you will lead regional student recruitment, set the regional strategy and deliver annual enrolment growth across Sommet Education brands and programme portfolios, including Postgraduate, Executive Education and PG Summer Programmes.
You will lead and develop a team of Regional Admissions Managers, Education Counsellors and recruitment partners. You will also build strategic relationships with universities, agents, industry organisations and alumni, and oversee the student journey from first enquiry through to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own regional enrolment targets and translate brand and programme objectives into market and individual targets.
- Develop and execute the regional enrolment and marketing plan, aligning people, activity and investment with growth priorities.
- Lead sales planning, budget deployment and resource allocation, monitoring spend against plan to improve return on investment.
- Drive demand generation through schools, universities, associations, industry partnerships, events, webinars and recruitment campaigns.
- Oversee the full recruitment funnel, from lead qualification and counselling through to application, admission and enrolment.
- Build, evaluate and optimise education agent and recruitment partner networks.
- Build strategic relationships with universities, government entities, associations and key influencers across the region.
- Partner with Marketing, Digital, admissions processing and Enrolment Excellence teams to improve lead generation, file readiness and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead, coach and develop the regional team, ensuring strong CRM discipline and data integrity.
- Provide accurate forecasts, performance reporting, market intelligence and competitor insights to senior leadership.

About You
You will bring significant experience in admissions, enrolment, student recruitment or education sales, including leading teams and delivering enrolment growth.
You will have a strong understanding of the higher education landscape in Northern and Western Europe, proven experience managing agent and partner networks, and excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded, analytical and highly organised, you are comfortable managing budgets, forecasting and reporting, and travelling across the region as required.
