Regional Admissions Manager - South & West India

Enrolment & Admissions - Postgraduate

India West (Mumbai) & South (Bangalore) | Permanent | Full-time

Are you a driven admissions professional looking to make an impact in international education? We are seeking a Regional Admissions Manager – West & South India, based in Bangalore, to drive student recruitment and strengthen Sommet Education’s presence across the region.

Your role

Reporting to the Associate Director – Admissions & Enrolment in India, you will be responsible for delivering enrolment targets, developing recruitment channels and supporting prospective students throughout their admissions journey.

You will build strong relationships with education partners, agents, alumni and other key stakeholders while identifying new opportunities to grow Sommet Education’s presence across West and South India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive student recruitment and achieve enrolment targets across the region.
  • Develop and deliver regional sales and recruitment activities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with agents, education partners and alumni.
  • Represent Sommet Education at education fairs, workshops and industry events.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support regional growth.
  • Guide prospective students throughout the admissions journey.
  • Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records in Salesforce.
  • Monitor performance and report on enrolments against targets.

About You

You will bring strong experience in admissions, enrolment, student recruitment or education sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets. You will have a good understanding of the education landscape in West and/or South India, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and experience using Salesforce.
