Regional Aftersales Manager – Automotive

Caribbean | Tax-Free Package | Housing + Vehicle + Bonus

We are representing a leading automotive group seeking an experienced Regional Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for aftersales performance across a multi-brand, multi-territory dealership operation in the Caribbean.

This is a high-profile regional leadership position offering the opportunity to combine a serious automotive career with an attractive tax-free expatriate package and Caribbean lifestyle.

The Package

  • US$60,000 net annual salary – tax free
  • Performance bonus of up to US$10,000 per year, based on KPIs
  • Housing allowance of approximately US$1,800 per month
  • Company vehicle
  • Relocation support
  • Regional Caribbean exposure and travel

With housing, bonus, and vehicle provided in addition to the net salary, this represents a particularly attractive expatriate package.

The Role

You will lead and develop aftersales operations across multiple automotive brands and territories, with responsibility for both Service and Parts performance.

Your remit will include:

  • Driving service profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Improving parts performance, availability, and turnover
  • Supporting Service Managers and Parts teams across the dealer network
  • Monitoring and improving KPIs including technician productivity, service retention, and CSI
  • Ensuring manufacturer standards are consistently achieved
  • Improving warranty, workshop, and parts processes
  • Supporting the operational readiness of new dealership facilities
  • Travelling regionally across the Caribbean approximately 8–12 times per year

We are particularly interested in experienced Aftersales Managers, Regional Aftersales Managers, and Service Managers who have progressed within established automotive dealer groups.

  • Experience with high-volume automotive brands would be particularly attractive, while exposure to commercial vehicles would also be advantageous.
  • You should be hands-on, commercially minded, and process-driven, with the ability to influence dealership teams and improve performance across multiple locations.
  • Previous Caribbean or international market experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Spanish would be an advantage.
