Regional Aftersales Manager
Midlands, UK
Up to £60,000 Basic Salary + 15% Annual Bonus + Company Car + Exceptional Benefits
Pybus Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Regional Aftersales Manager on behalf of a leading automotive organisation.
This is a field-based leadership role covering dealerships across the Midlands with the flexibility to manage your own diary and workload. You'll spend the majority of your time supporting retailer partners in the field, with a dedicated home office day for planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You'll also attend the Chiswick Head Office once per month.

The Role
As Regional Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for driving aftersales performance across a network of automotive retailers throughout the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Improving aftersales profitability and operational performance
- Supporting and developing Aftersales Managers and leadership teams
- Driving customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing improvement plans
- Enhancing workshop productivity, efficiency, and utilisation
- Growing parts and service revenue
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards
- Building strong relationships with retailer partners and key stakeholders
About You
We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused automotive professional with:
- Previous experience as a Regional Aftersales Manager, Head of Aftersales, Aftersales Manager, or similar senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of dealership aftersales operations
- Proven success in improving KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working across multiple sites or territories
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Full UK driving licence
