Your Day at NTT DATA
We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and high-energy Alliance Manager at Regional Level to join our dynamic and strategic Regional Alliances Team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their alliance, business development, or technology partnership career who is eager to grow within an international technology and systems integration environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening strategic relationships with Technology Partners across the region while supporting collaboration between regional and country teams.
The position is focused more on business development facilitation, relationship management, and ecosystem coordination than on pure program management. The individual will help drive engagement between the vendors and internal teams, support enablement and compliance initiatives, and contribute to achieving regional business and partner objectives.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing a selected number of Strategic Partners at European Level.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong communication skills, commercial curiosity, and the ambition to grow into a strategic alliance leadership role.

- Support joint go-to-market activities and pipeline development initiatives.
- Assist country teams in identifying, developing, and progressing alliance-driven opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to accelerate business opportunities.
- Encourage collaboration and sharing of successful initiatives and best practices across the region.
- Support strategic pursuits and regional growth initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
