Role Summary
The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across a defined territory by promoting rental and sales of high-quality space solutions, supported by a business development team and developing/maintaining strong client relationships.
The role will focus on identifying potential clients and engaging in opportunities early in the project lifecycle, building strategic relationships, and positioning rental and sales solutions as a preferred delivery method.
Job Purpose
Drive revenue performance and market growth within an assigned territory by developing strategies and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement regional business development plans aligned with the overall business strategy objectives.
- Develop new revenue opportunities for rental and sales in a specific geographical territory in the target sectors aligned to the overall business plan.
- Strong emphasis on growing rental portfolio across all sectors.
- Ensure consistent achievement against targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Identify and build a long-term active pipeline for the region, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities.

Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Handle major negotiations and high-value deals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Provide insights to senior management for strategic decisions.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Track progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate at all times.
