Southern England | Competitive Salary + Bonus Scheme + Company Electric Car

Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing HVAC rental businesses.

Ideal Heat Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for an ambitious Regional Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.

If you already work within HVAC hire, temporary boilers, chillers, air conditioning, plant hire or mechanical services, and enjoy winning new business whilst developing long-term customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to become part of a successful, growing business with an excellent reputation for customer service, technical expertise, and emergency response across commercial heating and cooling solutions.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing sales across your region by developing new business opportunities while maximising existing customer relationships. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, following the sales process, converting enquiries into hires, and increasing market share within both established and emerging sectors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
