OUR CLIENT:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading, private equity-backed consumer business operating across the UK, Europe and Australasia.

Over the past 5-6 years, the business has been on an impressive growth journey following significant investment, evolving into a highly commercial organisation with a portfolio of well-known consumer brands and ambitious plans for continued growth.

Combining the backing of an established business with the agility of a challenger brand, they empower their people to take ownership, think commercially and make things happen in the field.

As part of continued investment into their commercial team, they are now looking to recruit a Regional Business Development Manager to take ownership of a newly created South territory.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a highly autonomous field-based role where you'll be responsible for developing customer relationships, growing sales and delivering exceptional execution across your territory.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
