Job Title: Regional Business Manager - Aesthetics

Location: London, UK

As Regional Business Manager - Aesthetics for our London areas, you will lead and develop a team of Account Managers to accelerate Galderma portfolio adoption across priority territories, translating strategy into focused commercial action and measurable growth. You will improve product usage, increase sales, and take market share by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners across your region. You will work with your team to proactively win new business and grow existing accounts through careful strategic business planning and positioning of products while enhancing the operation of the business and commercial success of our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the regional portfolio sales acceleration plan, taking ownership of the sales strategy for the region, identifying the biggest opportunities, barriers, and growth levers, and rapidly translating strategy into clear priorities, actions, owners, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the regional business plan, aligning field resource and activity to plan priorities, reporting Actual vs. Planned (Bus. Plan) performance, and running regular business reviews to adjust activity in-quarter based on data and market insight.
  • Provide excellent line management to the team in terms of performance, engagement, and development, thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance culture, and creating clear accountability - setting expectations, tracking progress, and intervening quickly to ensure the team consistently reaches its targets.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, challenging current ways of working and creating the pace, focus, and cross-functional alignment required to deliver business priorities.
  • Embed in-field coaching and capability building, working alongside the team to turn strategic priorities into high-quality customer execution.
  • Drive SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) excellence, leveraging data and insight to sharpen targeting, prioritisation, and field activity, and achieve or exceed sales and lead on KPI's for territory including call targets and other SFE metrics.
  • Seek out, build, and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other appropriate clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, leveraging these relationships for commercial gain across the territory.
  • Meet with key customers, understanding their needs to enhance all business opportunities and maximise contact points across the total territory.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the business's products and services and be able to advise others about them.
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate, and keep abreast of trends and changes in the market.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of CRM and other reporting tools and information requests, and present key learnings and best practice at company meetings.

Requirements

Work Experience:

  • Previous experience of managing a team within a similar organisation.
  • Previous experience of managing accounts / territory within a similar organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing business within large accounts.
  • A full driving license is essential for the position.
  • Proven track record of working to KPI's and achieving targets, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance culture, and ensuring your team consistently reaches its targets.
  • Track record of winning new accounts and developing existing accounts.
  • Proven ability to cultivate, maintain, and build strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinic owners, leveraging these relationships to drive commercial gain.
  • Appreciation of the diverse roles within a private clinic and the role each plays in the decision-making process.
  • Ability to plan and execute hands-on training events compliantly and to a high quality.
  • Goal and results-orientated.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Experience of working within the Aesthetic sector is beneficial but not essential.
